About the RoleS&P Global Mobility is separating its Mobility Segment into a standalone public company. This role leads the centralized PMO for all S&P Global Mobility projects, ensuring seamless project execution, cross‑organizational alignment, and best‑in‑class program and project management practices.

Responsibilities and Impact- Lead the PMO for all S&P Global Mobility projects, implementing a “hub and spoke” model for consistent governance and reporting.
- Oversee on‑time, quality delivery of all projects, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Manage dependencies between S&P Global Mobility and its subsidiaries, proactively mitigating risks.
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve program and project management processes, standards, and methodologies.
- Create and distribute clear, timely, and actionable status reports for stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop and manage robust communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Lead regular project reviews, ensuring adherence to standards, quality expectations, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all project management activities comply with SOX and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with PMOs in subsidiaries to share knowledge, align best practices, and drive consistency.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing team of program and project management professionals, fostering a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Base salary range: $160,000 to $200,000. Eligible for an annual incentive plan. Additional benefits include health care coverage, generous time off, access to learning resources, competitive retirement planning, and family‑friendly perks.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of progressive experience in program and project management within a global, technology‑driven organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and optimize PMO teams or centralized project management functions.
- Experience overseeing project delivery, managing dependencies, and coordinating efforts across multiple business units or subsidiaries.
- Solid understanding of program and project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2) and ability to implement and improve processes and standards.
- Proficiency in status reporting, executive communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with SOX/audit requirements and experience integrating compliance into project management practices.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and liaison skills.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop project management talent.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.
This role is limited to persons with an indefinite right to work in the United States.
Locationsite presence three or more days a week in Centreville, VA, Southfield, MI, or Columbia, MO.
