- Assist Residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, helping with personal hygiene, and providing sufficient fluids and nourishment throughout the scheduled shift.
- Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
- Document Resident food and fluid intake.
- Make the Resident's beds and keep their living areas clean and tidy.
- Transport Residents within the facility.
- Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
- Current and valid CNA certification and OBRA registry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- In‑depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.

Compensation for roles at Three Rivers Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Three Rivers Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Three Rivers Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below.
