• Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements
• Ensure assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each resident
• Ensure accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided
• Ensure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy

• Current RN state licensure without any enforcement action against it
• Previous MDS 3.0 experience required
• Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English

Compensation for roles at Three Rivers Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Willapa Harbor Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Three Rivers Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:

Pay Range: $45.00 to $55.00 an hour
