Overview
The Pharmacy Supervisor is a licensed pharmacist who, in coordination with the Pharmacy Manager, is responsible for overseeing the daily workflow, staffing, orientation, training, and development of caregivers. The Pharmacy Supervisor promotes and supports a collaborative team approach in providing care and is responsible for ensuring the safe and appropriate use of medications and department operations that meet all regulatory compliance requirements.
Fulfillment of this responsibility is achieved through the provision of pharmaceutical care services whose components include drug information, drug distribution, and clinical pharmacy services with knowledge of age-specific criteria from neonates through geriatrics (where applicable). The Pharmacy Supervisor supports or manages pharmacy technologies and systems within the department in collaboration with informatics and medication safety.

Responsibilities- Oversee daily workflow, staffing, orientation, training, and development of caregivers in the pharmacy department.
- Promote a collaborative team approach and ensure safe and appropriate use of medications and regulatory compliance.
- Provide pharmaceutical care services including drug information, drug distribution, and clinical pharmacy services; apply age-specific criteria from neonates through geriatrics where applicable.
- Support and manage pharmacy technologies and systems in collaboration with informatics and medication safety.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree:
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy. - Upon hire:
Washington Pharmacist License - 2 years of applicable pharmacy practice

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
