• Responsible for the education, training, and growth of enrolled students
• Develop the competencies and proficiency of knowledge of all students to ensure successful completion of courses and tests
• Promote excellent proper care and treatment of residents that meets or exceeds the company's expectations for a smooth transition into the role of a Nursing Assistant
• Mentor and identify training needs, while providing support to all students
• Adhere to federal and state regulations, and follows all company policies and procedures
• Plan, conduct, monitor, and track training to meet the state's training requirements
• Coordinate and participate in the educational needs of the facility and/or multi-facilities with the oversight of the Program Director
• Recruit and market students as requested
• Maintain mandatory credentials per state and federal regulations
• Attend and participate in in-service training, Quality Performance Improvement ("QPI") committees, and other meetings as scheduled and directed.
