Job Description
The Quality Improvement Specialist performs functions that support the hospital and medical staff to continually improve patient care, reduce risk, and provide excellent customer service. This position provides support, facilitation, and coordination to support clinical and process improvements throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or active enrollment in a Bachelor’s Education Program.
- Upon hire:
Washington Registered Nurse License. - 3 years of experience within a health care organization.
- Master's Degree.
- Experience with process improvement theories and methods, adult learning principles, and data analysis methods.

Pay Range$49.34 - $76.59 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
