ISO Workforce Alliance is partnering with a Washington public school district to hire a School Psychologist to support students across K–12 settings. This role reports to the Executive Director of Special Services and supports students’ psycho-educational development, academic functioning, and social-emotional needs.
The School Psychologist will collaborate closely with district and building teams to support assessment, intervention, eligibility determination, and special education programming.
Compensation$80–$90 per hour (DOE)

- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations
- Interpret assessment results and lead eligibility determinations
- Develop, implement, and monitor FBAs, PBIPs, and ERPs
- Participate in and facilitate multidisciplinary and IEP team meetings
- Provide direct intervention and consultation for behavioral, social, and emotional needs
- Support MTSS and SEL frameworks
- Provide classroom consultation and behavior support
- Assist with Child Find activities
- Provide staff training and in-service support
- Maintain required compliance documentation in accordance with federal and state regulations
- Collaborate with families, administrators, and community partners
- Valid Washington State ESA Certification as a School Psychologist
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and eligibility processes
- Experience with assessment, data collection, and interpretation
- Experience implementing behavior intervention systems
- Working knowledge of MTSS and SEL best practices
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- Five or more years of special education experience
- Spanish-speaking ability
- School counseling or BCBA certification
- Crisis management and/or threat assessment training
- Experience working with diverse student populations
