Walgreens is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a temporary position.مية The role focuses on delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, managing cash transactions, maintaining store displays, and providing assistance in the pharmacy and in‑store services.

$16.00/hr – $18.00/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet and offer assistance to customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales at the assigned cash register and process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Collect cash, distribute change, and operate checkout equipment efficiently.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, and maintain records; assist with stock rotation and inventory checks.
• Recommend items for sale, including trade‑ups and companion items, and handle promotional displays.
• Implement company asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
• Assist with photo area services and special order pick‑ups.
• Assist with interior and exterior maintenance to keep the store appearance clean and orderly.
• Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers, comply with all company policies, and complete special assignments as directed.
• Attend training and complete required Product Placement Logins (PPLs) assigned by management or corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Preferred:
  Six months or more experience in a retail environment.
• Preferred:
  Prior work experience with Walgreens.
