Fleet Services Technician (Full-Time)Salary: $4,030 - $5,144 per month ($23.25 - $29.68 hourly), DOE
Effective July 1, 2026: Salary range increases to $4,181-$5,604 per month.

Response Time- Must live within a 45-minute response time of 235 S. Haskell St. within 180 days of hire.
- High School diploma (or equivalent) with basic math, reading and writing skills at a 12th grade level.
- One year of experience vehicle servicing, lube technician duties, or related field; and,
- Have a basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable record at hire.
- Must obtain CPR/First Aid within 6 months of hire.

General Services Bargaining Agreement represented by Teamsters Local 223.
Medical/Dental/Vision: Regence $150 individual/$450 family deductible plan. Employee pays 10% of the total premium (The employee portion for 2026 is $191.12 per month).
Oregon PERS Retirement fully paid by the City.
Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) City paid Contribution: $145/month.
Paid Time Off: 14 paid holidays, vacation starting at 80 hours/year and 96 hours of sick leave.
