** Client Service Representative** (CSR) to join our team! As the primary point of contact at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every client interaction—whether over the phone or in person—results in a positive and memorable impression. Your ability to create a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service will be key to our success.

** Who You Are:
** If you have a professional, friendly personality and love to help people and their pets, you will fit right in with our Client Service Team!
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 1+ years of customer service experience in a veterinary, dental, or medical clinical setting required
* 1+ years using a Point-of Sale (POS) system preferred
* Experience processing financial transactions, payment plans, billing and insurance preferred
* Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures preferred
* Technologically proficient and comfortable with veterinary or medical record keeping software and other digital communication tools
* Professional and friendly phone etiquette
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Very detail-oriented
* Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
* Ensure a clean, safe and organized work environment
