Fleet Co-ordinator
Hours:
37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Location:
Medway
A well-established organisation in Medway is looking for a Fleet Co-ordinator to manage the day-to-day administration of its vehicle fleet. The role focuses on compliance, cost control, and ensuring fleet operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation using fleet management systems
- Manage insurance, road tax, MOTs, servicing
- Monitor vehicle usage, fuel cards, mileage, and maintenance
- Liaise with leasing providers, insurers, and garages
- Ensure legal compliance and timely contract renewals
- Coordinate replacement vehicles and off-road reporting
- Support cost control and budgeting
- Previous experience in fleet administration or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fleet management systems
- Understanding of vehicle compliance requirements
- Full UK driving licence
