Our mission is to digitise the social care sector (care homes and home care agencies) and help hundreds of thousands of carers to provide a better quality of care to the UK’s most vulnerable people. The sector is over 60% analogue and paper-based, losing out on the many benefits technology can bring.

We’re hiring a pragmatic, user-focused Full Stack Product Engineers. You’ll help us design, build, and evolve the core systems that power care delivery across the UK. Whether you specialise in React/React Native or Node you’ll take ownership of complex product areas, work closely with Product and Design, and shape how we deliver high-quality, scalable, and genuinely impactful software for frontline care teams.

You’ll join a cross-functional product squad and work closely with other engineers, product designers, and a product manager to solve real user problems with empathy and clarity. You’ll be expected to use your experience and expertise to raise the bar for delivery, support others through thoughtful feedback and guidance, and take a proactive role in shaping how we work as a team.

: £55K - £75K

  Use product metrics and observability tools to guide decisions during discovery and development, and deliver work that demonstrably improves product or business metrics

• Own operational rollout

  Ensure features get shipped to and work reliably in production

• Drive continuous improvement

  Encourage experimentation and continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, mentor others and contributing to team practices

• Have 3+ years of hands‑on engineering experience, including end-to‑end feature delivery in a production environment

• Have strong experience in at least one of the following:
  React, React Native, Node, Mongo
  
  DB and Type Script

• Have experience working in a product‑led squad, collaborating closely with PMs and designers to ship impactful features

• Enjoy leading by example and helping the team build high‑quality, maintainable systems

• Thrive in an environment that values user impact, and a culture of continuous learning

• Care deeply about solving meaningful problems for frontline care teams

• Experience working in regulated environments like health or social care.

• A background in scale‑ups, SaaS or B2B product development.
