The care sector is being transformed by technology, and we're looking for a Software Engineer to build a key part of this transformation. You'll drive the implementation of features for Found
OS, our next‑generation SaaS platform that revolutionises care home management. You’ll work across our full stack (Type Script, Node.js, React, Kubernetes) and experiment extensively with AI.
- Build high‑impact features for Found
OS, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. - Write clean, well‑tested code that ships daily.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to contribute to feature decisions based on care provider needs.
- Experiment with AI tools and integrations to enhance workflows.
- Contribute to platform evolution and improve developer experience.
- Participate in our culture of continuous improvement.
- Integrate AI to automate tasks, provide transcriptions and predictive analysis for care providers.
- Develop core Found
OS modules for enquiry tracking, residency occupancy, and billing. - Create seamless integrations with accounting software (Quick Books, Sage) and care planning systems.
- Build dashboards for reporting and analytics that optimise operations and resident outcomes.
- 1‑4 years of hands‑on software engineering experience with strong Type Script and full‑stack development.
- Product‑minded: translate business requirements into elegant tech solutions.
- Write maintainable code, focus on continuous improvement.
- Obsessed with AI, experiment actively with LLMs and coding assistants.
- Autonomous yet collaborative, self‑starter who delivers on tasks.
- Ship fast, iterate, prefer “good enough today” over “perfect next week.”
- Curious about eldercare and motivated by our mission.
- Eager to learn and stay current with AI and web development trends.
