We’re looking for a stellar Software Engineer to help shape and grow the WONE app, our B2B2C platform that is redefining how we measure, understand, and reduce stress — before it becomes chronic and harmful. At the heart of our mission is the WONE Coach: an intelligent, empathetic, AI-native companion that uses real-time user data, behavioural science, and personalisation to guide people towards resilience and performance.

You’ll be instrumental in bringing experiences to life that integrate seamlessly into people’s daily lives — using contextual signals, physiological data, and expert content to deliver just-in-time interventions that reduce stress in the moment and change behaviour over the long term to drive measurable ROI and VOI for users and employers.

We're looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Software Engineer who thrives in an individual contributor role within a collaborative team. You’ll be taking ownership of complex problems to deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, make trade-offs and ensure that solutions are both sustainable and maintainable in the long term. Experience with mobile app development, particularly React Native, is a strong plus and a passion for promoting wellbeing and reducing stress through technology is essential.

This role requires wearing many hats, collaborating across product phases and contributing to a meaningful mission

• Understand business needs and provide technical expertise to stakeholders
• Work closely with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and articulate trade-offs
• Design and develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions to business problems
• Monitor, maintain, and ensure the smooth operation of developed solutions
• Contribute to the enhancement of team processes and practices
• Use AI tools and prototyping platforms to speed up coding, ideation, and testing cycles.
• Drive a culture of shipping value early and often, iterating based on evidence.

• A highly experienced Software Engineer with around 5 years + software engineering expertise, having developed consumer facing apps
• Full stack experience - strong with frontend technologies (React experience essential) and proficient across infrastructure and backend (ideally Python, or Type Script/JavaScript)
• Strong collaboration skills across Product Discovery and Product Delivery phases
• Capable of taking ownership of a problem and delivering comprehensive solutions
• Considers the long-term sustainability of the products developed, including monitoring and maintenance
• Passionate about building innovative solutions and thriving as an individual contributor (IC) within a dynamic team
• Experience with mobile app development (React Native) is a plus, especially for those with strong web frontend experience
