Job Title: Product Engineer

Type: Full-time

Location: London

As a Product Engineer at INFINIT, you will be a key driver in shaping the future of our AI-powered operating system for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). You will fully own feature development from conception to launch, bringing a customer-centric approach to every stage of the product lifecycle. This includes defining functional and technical specifications, implementing full-stack solutions and ensuring quality assurance.

You will leverage your product thinking and technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that empower small business owners and their teams.

Our company believes in agentic coding and was an early adopter trying to develop new ways of working, breaking silos between product and technology.

• Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong foundation in product thinking and a keen eye for user experience.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, with experience in languages such as C#, Python, and Typescript.
• Hands‑on experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code or Codex), including best practices for context management and optimization.
• Ability to fully own the feature development lifecycle, from initial concept and specification to implementation, QA, and deployment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a distributed, international team environment.
