We’re partnering with a cutting‑edge Audio Tech organization looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team building a public‑facing audio product. The role sits at the heart of a highly technical product, delivering AI‑driven audio enhancement to developers across multiple platforms. You’ll balance people leadership with technical direction, shape the architecture of a high‑performance, cross‑platform C++ system, own delivery, and maintain engineering excellence.

We’re keen to speak with people who bring a strong C++ background, have experience leading engineers, and are comfortable operating in technically complex environments such as audio, media or real‑time systems. If you’ve led teams building low‑latency, high‑performance software, enjoy staying close to the technical detail, and want to work on genuinely impactful technology, we’d love to hear from you.
