You’ll be part of a dedicated Family Safeguarding team, supporting families through Child in Need, Child Protection, and Family Support interventions — with minimal court involvement. The authority takes a relationship-based approach, focusing on keeping families together safely wherever possible.

• Social Work qualification & registration with Social Work England (SWE)
• 3+ years’ experience in Family Safeguarding, Child Protection, or CIN work
• Strong relationship-based practice and communication skills
