As a pivotal part of Lambeth’s team, you will take on the responsibility of managing allegations made against individuals working with children, whether in professional or voluntary roles. Your leadership will provide crucial support to employers, voluntary organisations, and other entities whose staff or volunteers are facing allegations. Handling these situations with a fair, efficient, and result-oriented approach, you will collaborate with stakeholders to work towards positive resolutions.

• Lead the investigation and resolution of allegations against those working with children.
• Support employers and voluntary organisations when their staff face allegations.
• Collaborate with Children’s Social Care to ensure allegations are handled appropriately.
• Work in partnership with various stakeholders to achieve efficient and fair outcomes.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of statutory requirements and best practices.
