Pay Rate: £32.52 per hour

Job Description: The Adult Safeguarding Team is looking to recruit an experienced Social Worker who are motivated and have the passion and ability to work with adults, sometimes in challenging circumstances and within the adult safeguarding team.

What will your responsibilities be?

Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults’ needs, risks, and strengths to develop personalized support plans. This involves working closely with individuals, their families, and other professionals to ensure that care plans are effective and person-centered.

Identifying and responding to signs of abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Social workers must take appropriate actions to protect vulnerable adults, which may include coordinating with other agencies and initiating safeguarding procedures.

Providing immediate support in crisis situations to ensure the safety and well-being of adults s can involve arranging emergency services, temporary accommodations, or urgent medical care.

Qualifications &

Experience:

Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
