Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Seeking experienced Ground workers to carry out responsive repairs and planned maintenance on social housing properties. Roles involve a mix of hard and soft landscaping, groundwork repairs, and reinstatement across occupied and void homes.

• Excavation and reinstatement of footpaths, driveways, and patios
• Concrete laying, slab and kerb setting
• Drainage installation and repairs
• Fencing and boundary works
• Minor brickwork and paving
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and site procedures
• Working independently across a defined area using PDA scheduling

• Proven experience as a Groundworker or Civils Operative
• Social housing or reactive maintenance experience desirable
• Full UK driving licence (clean or minor points accepted)
• Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards
• Clear basic DBS or willingness to obtain one

• Long-term work with temp-to-perm pathway
• Company van, fuel card, and uniform provided
• Weekly pay
• Stability and progression within a well-established maintenance contract
