Are you a handyman or similar with maintenance experience looking to get hands‑on in‑depth training to excel your career and begin the journey to become an engineer? Do you want a stable job in a big company with a family feel, strong values and a manageable 40‑hour week, a company van with paid travel, in‑house training, scalable career progression into senior and technical roles, and overtime to boost your earnings?

In this role you will receive practical hands‑on experience with seasoned engineers who do it all. You will shadow plumbers, electricians and more, get qualified with all expenses paid, and eventually have the opportunity to move into other roles within the company.

• Hands‑on maintenance for a variety of luxury apartments, using cutting‑edge tools and equipment to ensure high standards.
• Receive a job allocation at the start of each day, providing a variety of tasks to keep the work fresh.
• Shadow seasoned engineers, gaining exposure to plumbing, electrical and other trades.
• Be on call for a week each month, available after hours, earning £20 per day for availability and £65 per call‑out.

• General maintenance experience, preferably in a customer‑facing environment.
• Jack of all trades with experience in multiple permanent trade roles.
• Availability on weekends and to be on call after hours for one week of the month.
• Basic maintenance knowledge.
• Valid driving licence.
• Local to London.
