We are working with a growing refurbishment contractor specialising in pub renovations across London. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Floor Layer to join their team, working on fast-paced pub refurbishment projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities- Installation of various flooring types including:
- Vinyl (sheet & tiles)
- LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile)
- Safety flooring
- Carpet tiles
- Laminate and engineered wood (where required)
- Floor preparation including latex/screeding and subfloor repairs
- Reading and working from drawings and site plans
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Proven experience as a Floor Layer (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Experience working on commercial refurbishment projects (pubs or hospitality experience desirable)
- Strong knowledge of floor preparation techniques
- Own tools and PPE
- Full UK driving licence essential
