IN2-AV is growing its national freelance network, and we searching for experienced Audio Visual / Video Conferencing Engineers to support our portfolio of financial institutions, blue-chip organisations, and major corporate clients across the UK.

If you're a skilled field engineer with strong technical expertise and the ability to work confidently on‑site with high‑profile customers, this is an excellent opportunity to secure regular freelance assignments with an industry‑leading agency.

• Available at short notice for UK on‑site work
• Confident working within corporate or financial‑sector environments
• Experienced across a broad range of AV, VC, display, and presentation technologies
• Comfortable working independently or alongside client teams

These assignments are well suited to established freelancers seeking additional contract days/weeks or engineers between permanent roles looking for short‑to‑medium‑term work.

Day rates are dependent on experience, technical ability, location and client site.

• Fault‑Finding & Diagnosis:
  Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve AV/VC system issues to minimise downtime at customer sites
• On‑Site Repair:
  Carry out hardware repairs, part replacements, and system adjustments directly on site
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Complete clear and detailed service reports, fault logs, and recommendations for follow‑up work or preventative maintenance

• System Installation & Integration:
  Install and commission a wide range of AV/IT solutions, including video‑conferencing systems, displays, digital signage, audio systems, broadcast setups, and control platforms
• Technical Interpretation:
  Confident reading and interpreting schematics, M&E drawings, and cable schedules
• First Fix & Cabling:
  Complete first‑fix works including cable pulls, terminations, routing, and labelling, ensuring accurate documentation and progress updates
