Maintenance Supervisor ( 1 Person Site) – FM Service Provider – Residential Building - Pimilco, Westminster – Up to £50,000 per annum + Overtime

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management (FM) service provider. This role involves overseeing electrical maintenance operations within a residential building environment. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of a single-person site, ensuring all planned and reactive electrical maintenance tasks are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

This is a hands‑on supervisory role, ideal for a technically strong individual who enjoys working independently while maintaining full operational oversight of the site.

Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm

• Daily checks, planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems
• First response to electrical or system faults across the building
• Overseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical components, and general LV infrastructure
• Supporting wider facilities operations and escalating where necessary
• Coordinating with mobile support team and on‑site contractors as needed
• Maintaining system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring close‑out of all work orders
• Able to be on call (Call out)

• Electrically or Mechanical qualified - C&G Level 2 & 3
• Comfortable working solo on site
• Proactive and able to problem‑solve quickly
• Confident with automated systems and modern building tech
• Calm and professional in front of clients and end users
• Willing to assist in emergencies and flexible when required (rare, but supported)
