Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team on a high-end residential refurbishment project in London. The role will involve both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry on a premium property refurbishment, working to a high standard of finish.

This is an initial 8-week contract with the potential for the role to extend up to 6 months for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

* Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry on a high-end residential property refurbishment

* Installing doors, skirting, architraves, and other finishing carpentry

* Working from drawings and specifications to a high level of accuracy

* Maintaining high standards of workmanship expected on luxury residential projects

* Ensuring the work area is kept clean, safe, and organised

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in carpentry

* At least 2 years’ experience working on high-end residential projects

* Proven experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry

* Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes

* Own tools and PPE

* Reliable, professional and able to work independently or as part of a team
