Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established Building Services company servicing high-end residential and commercial office spaces across the City of London and West End. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance, with a primary focus on electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant, ensuring optimum performance of building systems.
Perform general building repairs, plumbing work, drainage, and other duties as required by the client.
Maintain accurate records of completed tasks via the PDA-based computerised maintenance system.
Collaborate with specialist subcontractors to complete PPM and reactive work.
Follow all site-specific procedures and adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
Proactively inspect services and perform repairs as necessary.

Requirements:

City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent qualification.
Full UK driving license.
Proven experience in commercial and high-end residential building maintenance.
