Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Salary: £35,000 per annum + benefits

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to carry out painting, decorating, and minor maintenance works across high-end residential buildings in Knightsbridge. This is a permanent, long-term role suited to someone with a strong eye for detail and pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities

* Internal painting and decorating to a high standard

* Touch-ups, redecoration, and refurbishment works

* Preparing surfaces (filling, sanding, making good)

* Maintaining finishes in luxury residential areas

* Carrying out very basic handyman tasks such as:

* Minor patch repairs

* Adjusting hinges or handles

* Replacing small fixtures (very basic only)

* Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and tidy

* Liaising professionally with residents and site management

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator

* Experience working in high-end or residential environments preferred

* Attention to detail and high-quality finishing standards

* Very basic handyman skills (not a maintenance role)

* Reliable, well-presented, and professional

* Able to work independently during standard working hours
