Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team at a well-maintained site based in Euston, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on engineer looking for a stable, Monday-Friday role with excellent benefits. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring the building and its services are maintained to a high standard.

- Previous experience in a Building Services / Maintenance Engineer role
- Good all-round knowledge of building maintenance
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Understanding of legionella procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Competitive salary of £36,000 - £40,000
