Maintenance Technician

Overview

Planet Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to join a client in a full‑time Multiskilled Maintenance Technician position.

• Day‑to‑day completion of reactive and planned preventative work.
• Compliance record keeping.
• Assistance with a range of duties related to minor works and some larger projects.

• History of working within a maintenance environment or qualifications in Plumbing, Electrics, Carpentry or Painting and Decorating.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work positively within a small, busy team.
• Previous knowledge working within a maintenance department in an education setting is an advantage.
• Willingness to become part of the client’s call‑out rota, which will be paid in addition to salary.
