We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well‑established organisation working across domestic properties in North and East London. This is a permanent, full‑time role focused on electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, repairs and EICRs within occupied homes.
Role Overview- Carry out day‑to‑day electrical maintenance and reactive repair work
- Diagnose issues, identify faults and complete effective repairs
- Complete EICRs and ensure all certification is accurate and compliant
- Update job information using internal and client systems
- Deliver a professional, customer‑focused service on every visit
- Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 / 18th Edition ideal)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Confident dealing with tenants and customers
- Background in domestic or social housing electrical work (preferred)
- Experience using PDAs or digital job‑logging systems (beneficial)
- Salary between £36,000 and £50,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Based around Chingford, covering North & East London — applicants must be able to travel across these areas
