Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team at a well-maintained site based in Euston, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on engineer looking for a stable, Monday–Friday role with excellent benefits.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring the building and its services are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* General building fabric maintenance

* Basic plumbing works (e.g. taps, toilets, leaks)

* Painting and minor decorative repairs

* Legionella checks and monitoring

* Basic electrical works (e.g. lighting, sockets, testing)

* Responding to reactive maintenance issues

* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulations

Requirements

* Previous experience in a Building Services / Maintenance Engineer role

* Good all-round knowledge of building maintenance

* Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge

* Understanding of legionella procedures

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
