Mechanical Shift Engineer – FM Service Provider – Liverpool street, London - temp to perm - Continental shift

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join an established building services company based in London. These roles are situated within a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance as part of an experienced maintenance team.

• Hours:
  
  07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00
• Temp to perm
• £25 per hour
• Up to £48k per annum
• Overtime available

• AHU's/FCU's – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
• Pumps – PPM's or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
• Motors – PPM's (re-winds, overhauls)
• Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
• Water pressurization units
• Chlorifiers – annual inspection, de-scaling
• Steam Plant
• Condensers, Condenser Returns
• Cooling towers
• Softeners
• Humidifiers
• Hydraulics
• Pneumatics
• Boilers – re-sets
• Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults
• Plumbing (Unblocking toilets, changing taps etc)
• HIU's

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 Mechanical qualification
• Ability to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
