Multi-Trade Plumber – Contract Position

Location:

Beckenham (covers CR, SE20 &   postcodes)

Contract Length: 2 years
Rate: £24.50 per hour

Working Hours:

Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week

• Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void residential properties, including leak repairs, minor pipework, blockages, bathroom repairs, and general plumbing fixes.
• Undertaking light multi‑trade tasks such as basic carpentry and patch repairs.
• Delivering high‑quality workmanship with a professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Managing workload effectively while working independently in tenants’ homes.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

• Proven experience in domestic/residential plumbing.
• Multi‑trade ability (carpentry or general maintenance) is essential.
• Own tools and transport initially; company vehicle and tools will be provided once onboard.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable, professional demeanor; capable of working in tenants’ homes with respect and courtesy.

• Competitive pay at £24.50 per hour.
• 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday.

• Consistent patch covering CR, SE20, and   postcodes.
• Company vehicle provided.
• Fuel card supplied for travel expenses.
• Trade card and company tools provided.
