Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Apartment Servicing) - Victoria, London - Up to £50,000

I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a leading maintenance company in London, working On a High End residential building in Victoria behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks within a portfolio of High End residential property.

My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in High End Residential building services to work on a High profile Building in Victoria with over 170 Apartments, carrying out maintenance on Luxury High End Residential Apartments on FCU's, NVHR and underfloor heating.

Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm

• Apprentice Trained
• Electrical or Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
• Client Facing
• High End Residential Experience
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
• Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
• Good Attitude and willingness to learn

• Basic Salary of up to £50,000
23 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays

• Internal and External Training courses

• Apartment Servicing - Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, NVHR, HVAC plant, Water treatment
• Knowledge of BMS, Chillers, Cooling plant, HIU's
• Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
• Escorting Sub-contractors, Issuing permits / RAMS
