Role Overview
Handyperson/Maintenance Assistant on a days‑based role in Central London. Work-life balance, stability and a varied role in a 10‑acre estate.
Responsibilities- Carry out planned, preventative and routine maintenance of the estate.
- Assist other trades with plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating.
- Demonstrate basic plumbing skills such as drain clearance and lamp changing.
- Experienced Handyperson with basic plumbing, painting and carpentry skills.
- Seeking a days-based, relaxed role with good work‑life balance.
£27,000 – £29,310 pa, 38 days holiday, 10% non‑contributory pension, Private Medical Insurance, Death in Service 6× salary, free lunches.
