If you are electrically inclined, hold qualifications such as NVQ, City & Guilds, and 17th/18th Edition, and have a solid background in commercial maintenance, this is an opportunity to truly shine.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance
- Working closely with a skilled on‑site engineering team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Taking ownership of client‑facing responsibilities, representing the business with confidence and professionalism
- Salary up to £50,000, reflecting your skills and experience
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (7am-7pm), offering excellent work‑life balance
- 20 days annual leave to rest, recharge, and reset
- Exposure to prime London locations and landmark commercial sites
