- Maintenance & Operations
- Deliver planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works in line with contractual KPIs and SFG
20 standards - Carry out fault diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance on air conditioning and commercial refrigeration systems
- Take full ownership of tasks from initial call-out through to completion, ensuring accurate documentation throughout

- Technical & Compliance
- Diagnose system faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and provide clear technical reports
- Maintain accurate F-Gas records, site logbooks, and upload all documentation to the CAFM system
- Ensure all works comply with current legislation, company procedures, and health & safety standards
- Client & Team Engagement
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives
- Work collaboratively with engineering colleagues and wider teams to achieve service objectives
- Provide a professional, customer-focused service at all times
- Efficiency & Improvement
- Manage materials and spares efficiently, identifying shortages and opportunities for improvement
- Proactively identify risks and hazards, taking action to maintain a safe working environment
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and overall service delivery
- Flexibility
- Participate in overtime and additional works as required to meet operational demands and urgent maintenance needs
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an AC/Refrigeration Engineer
- Relevant qualifications, including NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 (6187 or equivalent)
- F-Gas Handling & Management (City & Guilds 2079) certification
- Cat 02 certification (or equivalent)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using CAFM systems, ideally via handheld devices
- Excellent time management with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
