About the Role

Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lift Engineer to join a highly respected lift company managing a prestigious Central London portfolio.

This role is focused on lift servicing, callout response, and minor repairs, covering approximately 50 high-end residential units across multi-million-pound sites. The portfolio is entirely high-end private clients, with no council buildings or standard commercial sites, offering a premium working environment and well-maintained equipment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Lift Service Engineer looking for strong earnings, a manageable route, and a high-quality client base.

Key Responsibilities of a Lift Engineer:

* Carry out lift servicing, routine maintenance, and minor repair works on passenger lifts

* Attend and resolve breakdowns and emergency callouts efficiently as part of a 1-in-3 rota

* Diagnose faults and deliver first-time fixes wherever possible

* Manage service records, reporting, and parts requirements accurately

* Maintain the highest standards of health & safety and regulatory compliance

* Provide a professional, customer-focused service on prestigious, high-end sites

Requirements for a Lift Engineer:

* NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent) – Essential

* Proven experience in lift service, callout, and minor repairs – Essential

* Full clean UK driving licence – Essential

* Strong technical knowledge across a range of lift systems and controllers

* Confident working independently on a Central London service route

* Professional attitude suited to high-end residential environments
