Electrical Engineer
Location:
Wandsworth, London
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Overtime
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Engineer to join our team based in Wandsworth. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent earning potential, long-term stability, and clear training and progression opportunities.
Key
Duties & Responsibilities
* Emergency lighting inspections and testing
* Fire alarm testing and maintenance
* Sprinkler system testing
* Electrical fault finding and diagnostics
* Working with Simtronic lighting systems
* Maintenance and repair of 3-phase motors
* Fault finding on circuit boards
* Smoke alarm installation and testing
* Ballast replacement and lighting maintenance
* Working on motors, AHUs, and FCUs
* General electrical maintenance and reactive works
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or Electrical Maintenance Engineer
* Strong fault-finding skills
* Experience with commercial or industrial electrical systems
* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, 18th Edition preferred)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
