Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £40,000 per annum
As a Project Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems, including lighting and small power. You will work in high‑profile, occupied buildings, ensuring all work meets safety standards, regulations, and client expectations. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and strong communication skills while working both independently and as part of a small team.
Key Responsibilities- Install electrical systems in compliance with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Conduct site surveys and provide professional assessments to clients and Contracts Managers.
- Maintain and test electrical systems, identifying and resolving faults efficiently.
- Work with lighting control systems, including Dali and Exor.
- Ensure all work aligns with IEE regulations, NICEIC requirements, and City & Guilds qualifications (2360, 2382, 2391).
- Uphold excellent standards of workmanship to secure repeat business.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying issues and providing solutions.
- Proven installation experience in electrical systems is essential.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, planning, and prioritization skills.

- City & Guilds 2360, 2382, and 2391 Testing & Inspection.
- CSCS card.
