Position Summary

Role: Field Service Technician – Greater London & surrounding postcodes (N, AL, MK, LU, HP, SG, EN, WD, IG).
Salary: £27,250 plus £1,300 shift allowance + benefits.
Hours: 40 per week, rolling 5 days out of 7.
Location: Greater London and the listed postcodes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, service, and repair betting and gaming terminals.
  • Ensure new shop installations are completed to the highest standards.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance and respond to service calls.
  • Coordinate and supervise the removal of equipment when required.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, providing clear operating instructions and updates.
  • Log service visits, incidents, and customer feedback accurately.
What you’ll bring

  • Good time management and ability to meet targets.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Previous technical experience is an advantage but not essential – training and support provided.
