Senior Air Conditioning Engineer- Installation

We are seeking a Senior Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join a rapidly growing HVAC team working across London & Kent area. This is a pure AC installation role with no call-out, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to work on major commercial VRF air conditioning installation projects.

As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading air conditioning installation works, supporting junior engineers, and delivering high-quality HVAC installations across a wide variety of commercial sites.

• Air conditioning installation on commercial projects (VRF, VRV, splits)
• Leading installation teams on large HVAC projects
• Testing, commissioning, and completing high-quality AC installations
• Ordering materials and ensuring correct AC installation procedures
• Ensuring compliance with all HVAC and H&S regulations

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior or Lead Air Conditioning Installation Engineer
• Strong background in VRF installation and commercial AC installation
• City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1
• CSCS or equivalent skill card
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to lead a team and deliver projects to a high standard
• PASMA / IPAF advantageous
