Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - £45,000-£50,000

Depending on experience, are you a mobile engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be mobile in Central London with a van?

Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover the region of circa 10-20 commercial buildings located in Central London, maintaining all landlord services. The successful candidate will be mechanically or electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This is a mobile position and will require the successful candidate to attend a number of sites where they will be required to carry out PPM/reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant, with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance across commercial offices and high end residential properties. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £50,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

• Weekly Fire Alarm Tests and log
• Weekly AOV test and Log
• L8 water hygiene monitoring
• Fan Coil Unit servicing
• HIU/CIU servicing (Training will be given)
• AHU servicing
• MVHR servicing
• Weekly/Monthly Generator test and log
• Weekly CHP Checks and log
• Monthly Car Park smoke ventilation test and log
• Monthly/Annual Emergency Lighting test and log
• Supervision of Sub Contractors
• Assist with preparation of Quotations for remedial works.
• Be available for duty call out cover, on a Rota basis (currently 1 in
  8)

Monday to Friday – 08:00am to 17:00pm

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical / HVAC / Engineering
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

• Up to £50,000 (Based on experience / Qualifications)
• Company Vehicle with Fuel card and Float for Mobile
