Join Integral UK Ltd as a dynamic Electrical Shift Engineer based in London SW1.

London – SW1

7-7 – days and nights – 3 on 3 off.

Foot travel between sites within central London.

• Carry out daily checks of all critical assets and record findings.
• Produce technical and situational reports as required.
• Use the technology systems provided to ensure the company meets its contractual obligations.
• Carry out the works requested in a professional and proactive manner.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients at all times.
• Write activity reports in line with company procedures accurately and timely.
• Assist the management team in producing quotations by providing accurate and good quality information where extra works are identified.
• Attend team meetings/briefings as requested.
• Provide accurate time sheet information weekly and on time.
• Present the company in a good light at all times.
• Escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager as soon as noticed.

• C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation
• C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or 2330 Levels 2 & 3
• Test & Inspection
• 18th edition certificate
• Basic plumbing skills
• Strong Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when required.
• Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities.
• Good communication and organisation skills.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Ability to work on own or as part of a team.

• Overtime x1.5 on weekday and x2 on weekends + day in lieu on bank holidays
• Standby rate is £15 per day and £50 on bank holidays
