Position: 5 Security Corporate Response Officer

Pay Rate:
Site related pay (between £14.85 and £17.52 per hour)

Hours:

Average 24-36 hours per week

Shifts:

Various shifts – days, nights & weekends

• SIA Licence required
• 5 Corporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year an advantage
• Physically fit to complete patrols externally and able to stand/walk for extended periods in all weathers
• Must be flexible and be able to work days, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change due to operational needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times
• Must have an excellent command of English Language & good IT skills
• Reliable, responsible and punctual
• A friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing character
• To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation
• Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site

• Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
• Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro‑active and think on your feet, using initiative.
• To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
• Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift.
• Always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.
• Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms / integrated systems (lots of sites use different systems).
• Have the ability to write emails and reply to emails in the correct manner and speak, very important in Corporate Industry.
• Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels.
• Able to understand Corporate Escalation Process – Escalate and disseminate information in a timely manner to the correct personnel in the event of an emergency or incident on site.
• The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, conducting emergency procedures.
