Senior Security Officer

We are currently recruiting for Senior Security Officer's to join our team on a well known Government contract, based in Westminster!

Pay Rate: £17.45 per hour

Hours:

42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off. Flexibility required Monday to Sunday, for day and night shifts.

Required:

Door Supervisor or Security Guarding.
Experience Level: Over 1 year in a Security Team Leader or Security Supervisor position, for over 1 year in a corporate environment.
SC Clearance required.

As a Senior Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Physical Security, protection of client assets and people.
• Assist and support training needs to ensure they are identified and appropriate training & development is delivered.
• Operationally support the DM in the delivery of the agreed service levels.
• Assist with monthly audits on all Security practices and process, which includes AIs and PIs.
• Support in the delivery of Post Instructions across the security team at the FCDO.
• Provide Operational support and act as a point of contact out of hours if and when required.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with all Health & Safety legislation.
• Assist and be a point of contact for Incident Management, ensuring that incidents are correctly managed and escalated as per client specifications.
• Ensure the security team is rostered and all holidays are applied for and submitted to the DM within the guidelines.

You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key.

Previous Security Supervisor experience is essential.

You will need to hold a valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor license.
