Shift Leader
Location:
Leadenhall Street, London, EC3V 4AB
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am (Days & Nights)
We are seeking a professional and reliable Shift Leader to join our team at the prestigious Leadenhall site. The ideal candidate will have strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a high standard of service in a busy corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and protect the premises, assets, staff, and visitors
- Conduct regular patrols of the site
- Manage access control and handle visitor enquiries
- Respond to incidents promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
- Work effectively as part of a team across both day and night shifts
