We are currently hiring Management Trainees who are interested in building a career in sales, leadership, and team management. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to gain practical experience starting in sales and develop into leadership roles over time.
The role begins with frontline sales responsibilities, allowing trainees to build a strong understanding of customer interaction, performance targets, and campaign delivery before progressing into team leadership and operational responsibilities. Full training and structured development are provided.
Role OverviewAs a Management Trainee, you will initially work as part of the sales team at events, retail locations, and promotional sites across London. Your main responsibility will be speaking directly with customers, explaining energy services, and supporting campaign performance. As you develop within the role, you will gain exposure to team coordination, performance monitoring, and day‑to‑day operational responsibilities. This is a hands‑on training pathway focused on real business experience.
Responsibilities- Represent partner brands at events and retail‑based promotional locations
- Engage with customers face‑to‑face to introduce energy services
- Communicate product information clearly and professionally
- Work toward individual and team sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development sessions
- Support team leaders with campaign organisation and daily activities
- Assist with onboarding and guiding new team members
- Develop an understanding of team performance and campaign results
- Interested in developing a career in sales and management

- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles may be helpful but is not required, as training is provided
- Have the legal right to work in the UK and be able to work on‑site in London
