Leading media publishing and events business seeks a highly ambitious, result driven media sales account manager to join their team.

The Account Manager will be working across an industry leading portfolio selling recruitment advertising solutions across our client’s market leading print and digital platforms and have direct management responsibility of one Sales Support Executive.

You’ll work closely with the Commercial Director, managing and expanding an existing client base, attaining some new business and acting as a representative of their market leading brands.

• Exceeding sales targets set and explained by the Commercial Director
• Selling advertising packages over the telephone, exceeding KPIs for call times
• Generating new business opportunities and building good relationships with existing customers
• Presenting data on client’s performance, recommending improvements and upselling to help reach revenue targets
• Selling and recommending digital and print products to clients based on both their needs and optimal performance using audience data and general recruitment advertising knowledge
• Management Responsibility of the Sales Support Executive

• Ideally 2 years approx. in media sales, ideally some recruitment advertising sales experience
• Experience selling advertising across print and digital platforms
• Results focused
• Confident phone manner with excellent communication skills
