£50,000 - £55,000 negotiable + 1% commission on all sales

The role of the Commercial Specification Sales Manager Floor & Wall Tiles will involve:

• Field sales role selling a manufactured range of wall and floor tiles such as ceramics, natural stone, hardwood, laminate, porcelain and other bathroom-related products.
• All of your time will be spent selling to tier 1 main contractors, regional developers, architects, interior designers and specifiers.
• Targeted turnover of £300k in the first year.
• Majority of your time will be spent developing new business relationships.

The ideal applicant will be an experienced Commercial Specification Sales Manager Floor & Wall Tiles with:

• Must have construction field/specification sales experience selling to tier 1 contractors, developers, specifiers, architects and interior designers.
• Would consider a contractors/developers sales rep with no specification experience.
• Ideally from the tile or KBB industry but open to other backgrounds.
• Customer‑focused, personable character with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Must be IT literate.
